bKash payment

We confirm every order personally, then take payment over bKash. It's manual on purpose — it keeps prices low and means a real person checks your order before money changes hands.

Sending your payment

We confirm your order first
Don't send any money until we've confirmed your item is in stock and shared the total on WhatsApp. We'll never ask for payment before that.

We send a bKash number
Once confirmed, we share our personal / merchant bKash number in the chat, along with the exact amount.

Open bKash → Send Money
In the bKash app choose “Send Money”, enter our number, type the amount, and add your order reference (e.g. NL004) in the reference field if asked.

Forward the confirmation
bKash sends you a confirmation SMS with a Transaction ID (TrxID). Screenshot it or forward the TrxID to us on WhatsApp.

We dispatch
We match the TrxID to your order and ship the same or next day. You'll get a message when it's on the way.

Payment options

Full payment: Pay the full amount upfront via bKash. Fastest — we ship as soon as it clears.
Advance + COD: For orders inside Chattogram, pay a partial advance via bKash and the rest cash-on-delivery.
Cash on delivery: Available inside Chattogram for confirmed orders. Outside Chattogram requires advance payment.

Safety note: we only use the bKash number we send you inside our own WhatsApp chat. If anyone messages you a different number claiming to be Noorah Lane, do not pay — message us to verify.
