Noorah Lane (noorahlane.com) is a small online shop in Chattogram, Bangladesh. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We only collect what we need to deliver your order.
To confirm, pack and deliver your order, to contact you about it on WhatsApp or by phone, and — if you have an account — to show your past orders and fill in checkout for you.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Order records are kept for our accounts and in case you need a return or exchange. Unconfirmed orders are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it.
You can shop without an account. If you have one, you can change your saved details on the My account page at any time.
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you — including deleting your account — message us on WhatsApp or email us using the details on our Contact page. We'll do it within 7 days.
Our shop is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp — we reply the same day.
