Terms of service

These terms apply when you use noorahlane.com or order from Noorah Lane. By placing an order you agree to them. They're written to be short and fair.

Orders

Placing an order: Tapping “Order on WhatsApp” sends us your order. It's confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp to confirm stock, price and delivery.
Prices: Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) and shown on each product. Delivery is ৳80 inside Chattogram and ৳130 outside, free over ৳2,000.
Stock: We hold an item for you for 24 hours after you tap order. If something sells out before we confirm, we'll tell you and you won't be charged.
Payment: By bKash, or cash on delivery where available. We'll never ask for your bKash PIN or password.

Delivery & returns

Delivery time: Usually 1–2 days inside Chattogram and 3–4 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. Delays from couriers, weather or holidays can happen.
Returns: If an item arrives wrong or damaged, tell us within 3 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Delivery & returns page for details.
